Throughout the world bees are in distress. In 30 years we could lose all species of bumblebees. A scientific study reported in The Guardian says that "the rates of decline appear to be 'consistent with a mass extinction"." This is proven to be caused by global warming. The study says this about bumblebees: "Bumblebees play a key role in pollinating crops such as tomatoes, squash and berries." The same may be said about honeybees which are vital to the pollination of so many more of our food sources.
