End of September. Absentee Ballots arrive. Study candidates well. Look for their concern for the climate crisis. Return your ballot properly to yout local clerk's office. If you mail it pack you should sign it and send it back seven days before November 3. Note: Michigan is one of the states that requires bringing or mailing the registration form directly to your local clerk. We urge residents of Michigan’s Congressional District 7 to call Rep. Walberg’s office (202) 225-6276 to support the Citizens Climate Lobby bill H.R. 763 which will help America transition to renewable energy.
Now. We all need 72-hour preparedness kits in our homes. We never know when we will become isolated and without power or services. We could be without access to food, water or electricity for days. For example, our homes need one gallon of water per person each day. Do the math. Do you have a hand-crank radio for when you lose power and cellular service?
